FOR RENT, plots for mobile homes, new residential site  (€300)

A new residential site is now available for mobile homes and park homes just outside the town of Crevillente.  The plots are a good size and are fenced and gated, ready for a mobile home to be put onto the plot.  The plots have been partly landscaped and have services ready.

The site is aimed at people aged 50 plus, children can visit for holidays but not live on the site.  Pets are allowed.  There will be 24 plots in total and there are 15 ready, 4 have already been taken.  The ground rent is 300€ per month, water is included in the ground rent.  Electricity is metered and paid monthly for what you use.  Post is delivered to the site and refuse collected from the site.

It is a minimum of 12 months contract and there is a going on fee.

It is about a 5 minute drive into the town for shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc.  You do need a car to get around, as there is no public transport.
