NO PETS are allowed on this site and you cannot rent out the homes, but family and friends can stay. The site is open all year round and has a communal pool and 2 bars/restaurants on site. There are another 2 bars within walking distance too. The town is about an 8 minute drive or there is a bus stop to the front of the site which takes you down into the town, or from the rear of the site you can walk down a track to the tram stop or the beach. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk down the hill. Ground rent is 4,180€ per year, payable 1st August and pro rata. Water is 240€ per year plus iva (tax) and electricity is 23€ per quarter standing charge and metered for use.
